HiQ® is a brand and registered trademark in its own right. HiQ represents the full range of Specialty Gases, Specialty Equipment and related services from The Linde Group worldwide. There are many specific product and service trade-marks within the HiQ family that represent some of our most unique signature products. Many of them are Exclusively HiQ, some others are also available with other ranges of Linde technical gases and services.
HiQ Equipment - Exclusively HiQ - Specialty Equipment
REDLINE
This is a long-established signature product in the HiQ range. REDLINE represents premium Specialty Equipment including cylinder regulators and the full range of equipment required for fixed gas distribution systems installations. REDLINE stretches from wall mounted automatic switch-over gas panels to shut off valves and furniture mounted point of use regulators. All REDLINE components are designed for use with high purity specialty gases up to 6.0 grade and includes a welded panel option that can also be used for 7.0 grade gases. Some products in the REDLINE range use stainless steel materials of construction and include welded connections to ensure that the most toxic and corrosive gases can be handled securely and with minimal risk of product contamination from atmospheric gases. The supporting specialty equipment range to REDLINE is BASELINE, which is designed for use with specialty gases purity grades up to 5.0.
BASELINE
Whilst REDLINE is our premium Specialty Equipment range, suitable for use with high purity gases up to grade 6.0, BASELINE represents a more basic option for specialty gases of regular laboratory purities up to 5.0 grade. The BASELINE specialty equipment range focuses on a range of brass and stainless steel cylinder regulators for typical everyday specialty gases applications.
HiQ Laboratory Gas Generators
While specialty gases are an integral part of today’s laboratory, there are situations when the use of a cylinder to supply these gases may not be practical due to transportation, safety or other concerns. Linde offers a broad range of high purity laboratory gas generators for in-situ production of Hydrogen, Nitrogen, and Zero Air gases for laboratory applications. HiQ Laboratory Gas Generators can be a convenient gas supply option for purge gas, fuel gas or carrier gas requirements used with a variety of instruments including gas chromatography, atomic adsorption spectroscopy and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. In some large laboratory installations, where higher hydrogen flow rates are required, the HOGEN below can also be a useful solution.
HOGEN
The HOGEN is a reliable, safe, low-cost hydrogen generator that uses a built electrolysis unit. These larger scale hydrogen generators are perfect for the application of electricity generator blanketing or for supply of high purity hydrogen to laboratory gas distribution systems because they increase safety and security by eliminating hydrogen storage, cylinder handling, and routine hydrogen delivery. The HOGEN gas purity and operating principle are similar to the smaller scale HiQ Laboratory Gas Generators, but the flow rates are significantly higher.
